Our pre-fillable syringes offer excellent break-loose and extrusion performance, at the same time securing proper closure integrity. All components, the barrel, plunger rod, piston and nozzle cap are all manufactured in-house.

We use injection molding to provide CZ syringes with extremely precise dimensions. Drug contact area of the piston and nozzle cap of the CZ syringe are laminated to reduce drug interaction.
